A bilingual physician with over 15 years of experience in international patient care, Carolina has led the clinical, operational, and commercial aspects of medical travel programs in Colombia since 2009. Her career reflects a unique blend of medical expertise, strategic vision, and deep empathy for the needs of global patients.
As co-founder of novvacare, she brings hands-on knowledge in complex elective treatments — from hair transplants and stem cell therapy to dental implants and IVF with surrogacy.
